Terms of Service
By adding Clovis to a Discord server or using its commands, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Clovis.
The service
Clovis is a free Discord bot for scheduling Destiny 2 raids and dungeons. It is run by an individual developer as a hobby project. Features may change, and Clovis may be unavailable at times or discontinued.
Using Clovis
- Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using Clovis.
- Don't use Clovis to harass people, spam, or disrupt servers, and don't try to overload, break or misuse it or the services it connects to.
- Only link a Bungie account with
/raid linkif it's yours, or if you're an organizer linking a member of your group who is fine with it. - Server organizers are responsible for how Clovis is set up and used in their server.
Bungie and Destiny
Clovis uses the Bungie.net API. It is a fan-made project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bungie. Destiny, its content and related marks belong to Bungie, Inc. Information from Bungie, such as featured activities, exotics and activity history, is shown as provided and may be delayed or wrong.
No warranty
Clovis is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. I don't guarantee that it will be accurate, available, or error-free. For example, reminders, polls, backups or recaps may occasionally fail.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, I'm not liable for any damages or losses from using or being unable to use Clovis, including missed raids, lost data or anything that happens in your server.
Access
I may limit or remove Clovis from servers, or refuse service to anyone who misuses it. You can remove Clovis from your server at any time, and delete your data with /clovis forget-me (see the Privacy Policy).
Support
Clovis is free. Optional tips go toward hosting costs and don't unlock anything or create any obligation.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Changes are posted here with a new effective date, and continuing to use Clovis means you accept them.
